Training and Development

Training is the single most important ingredient for success in any business, particularly in the security arena. Blue Breed Security Agency, Inc. requires all guards to have a license duly accomplished from PADPAO. This license requires formal training of each guard in the following areas.

Blue Breed takes its role very seriously. We firmly believe in employee education and training, and continually incorporate new opportunities for personal and professional growth in our programs.

At Blue Breed, our officers receive hours of initial classroom time, followed with hours of on the job training before they complete their probationary period, and additional training sessions thereafter. Importantly, each officer obtains thorough training, certification, and licensing in life safety. They are also trained in the arming and disarming of a wide variety of alarm systems, how to respond to a wide variety of emergency situations, relating to a homeowner and servicing them.
